Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

SELECTED EXPRESS SHIPPING…..ITEM DIDN’T BEGIN TO SHIP UNTIL 9 DAYS LATER. CONTACTED MERCHANT ABOUT A WEEK POST ORDER AND ADVISED NEEDED BY A CERTAIN DATE OR PLEASE CANCEL IF IT WASN’T POSSIBLE ……NO RESPONSE………ONCE THE ITEM ARRIVED 12 DAYS POST ORDER…(original order included 7-10 day shipping). I WAS ADVISED NO REFUNDS NO CANCELLATION……overall the item was perfect however it was for a holiday celebration and I didn’t need it by the time I received it! The response I received NEVER mentioned refund on the “express shipping” nothing……just our policy blah blah blah……IMO …..buy elsewhere!

We are truly sorry you feel this way. Your order was placed Wednesday 6/26 at 7pm at night. Our shipping policy explains 1-3 days for processing. Your order was processed and packaged Friday afternoon on 6/28. Your shipping selection was 4-10 Days (Business Days). Being ready by the weekend it was picked up and shipped out Monday 7/1. Your package was delivered Saturday 7/6. We are sorry you assumed this would be there for your celebration. The refund and return policy explains no returns on final sale items during sales events. If the special instruction box explained needed by 7/4, we could have canceled the order before it shipped out. Once you requested the cancelation the item was already in transit. We offered to issue a $20 gift card to help satisfy the situation for your inconvenience. Your purchase was made 6/26 and arrived 7/6 that is a total of 10days!
